Biography of Edith Nesbit

She was born in London in 1858, but she lived many years of her life in France and Germany, and she loved reading, and read every book that she could find. She returned to England at 1880 and married with Hubert Bland. They hasn´t had money because a business friend ran away with all their money, so she began to write poems and stories for newspapers. Hubert died in 1914 and she married again. She died in 1924 in Kent, England.
